Package Itinerary

DAY 1 ARUSHA
On arrival, met by our representative and transfer to Arusha Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Lake Duluti Serena Hotel (BB).

DAY 2 NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA.
After an early breakfast, we depart for Ngorongoro descending into the crater after lunch at the lodge. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 3 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.
Today we descend early, perhaps with our breakfast, to capture the wildlife in early morning light. We return to the lodge mid-morning and then depart with packed lunch for Serengeti where you will enjoy your first photo session in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 4 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After morning game drive , we return to the lodge for breakfast, then continue for a full – day game drive taking our lunch by a river or under shady acacia trees. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 5 SERENGETI PARK /LAKE MANYARA PARK
Breakfast at your lodge, then drive to Lake Manyara National Park, Arrive for lunch at your lodge. Afternoon game drive. Meals and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 6 LAKE MANYARA PARK/ARUSHA/DEPARTURE
After breakfast, drive to Arusha for lunch. Optional day room. In the evening transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight back home.

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations:
Reservations should be requested well in advance.
A non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total tour price is necessary upon confirmation for reservations made more than 30 days before the tour's departure. For reservations made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required. The remaining balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to departure or as indicated on the invoice.

2. Cancellations: 
Cancellations must be communicated in writing and will be considered effective upon receipt by Gulf Wings Travel. Cancellation & Amendments by Passengers: Charges are calculated based on the entire tour price and are applicable as follows: Gulf Wings Travel retains the right to impose a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total package price.

Group Tours:
More than 45 days before departure: 40%
45 – 29 days before departure: 50%
30 – 15 days before departure: 60%
Less than 15 days before departure: 100%

FIT’s:
Less than 35 days before departure: 40%
Less than 21 days before departure: 50%
Less than 14 days before departure: 75%
Less than 7 days before departure: 100%

Gulf Wings Travel is not responsible for any damages arising from modifications or cancellations. Gulf Wings Travel holds the right to exercise absolute discretion regarding cancellations/refunds, even if passengers do not complete the entire pre-booked vacation.

Gulf Wings Travel collaborates with multiple suppliers, each having its own amendment/cancellation policies. Hence, amendments and cancellations are subject to supplier terms. Passengers are responsible for any extra costs resulting from amendments and cancellations.

Cancellation by Gulf Wings Travel: Passengers should always be covered by cancellation insurance, particularly in cases of force majeure. Force majeure includes war, war threats, riots, civil disturbances, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of God, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, water levels, technical or maintenance issues with transportation providers, airport closures, or any unforeseen and uncontrollable events beyond our management.
