Package Itinerary

DAY 01 ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI:
Upon arrival, Assistance and transfer to your hotel. Accommodation on bed & breakfast basis at Eka Hotel (BB).

DAY 02 NAIROBI/ ABERDARE PARK:
After breakfast drive to the Aberdares arriving in time for lunch at Outspan Hotel, which serves as the base hotel for Treetops lodge. After lunch transfer to the lodge. Afternoon game viewing from the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Treetops Lodge (LDBB).

DAY 03 ABERDARE PARK /L.NAIVASHA
After breakfast depart with game drive en-route to Lake Naivasha to arrive for check in and lunch. Afternoon at leisure – Optional boat ride. Dinner and overnight at L. Naivasha Country Club (LDBB).

DAY 04 LAKE NAIVASHA /MASAI MARA RESERVE
After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Leisure Camp (LDBB).

DAY 05 MASAI MARA RESERVE:
Full day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Mara Leisure Camp (LDBB).

DAY 06 MASAI MARA RESERVE/NAIROBI/ DEPARTURE:
After breakfast, drive to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch at The Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch drop off at Airport for your departure flight back home.

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations:
Reservations should be requested well in advance.
A non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total tour price is necessary upon confirmation for reservations made more than 30 days before the tour's departure. For reservations made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required. The remaining balance must be settled 8 weeks prior to departure or as indicated on the invoice.

2. Cancellations: 
Cancellations must be communicated in writing and will be considered effective upon receipt by Gulf Wings Travel. Cancellation & Amendments by Passengers: Charges are calculated based on the entire tour price and are applicable as follows: Gulf Wings Travel retains the right to impose a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total package price.

Group Tours:
More than 45 days before departure: 40%
45 – 29 days before departure: 50%
30 – 15 days before departure: 60%
Less than 15 days before departure: 100%

FIT’s:
Less than 35 days before departure: 40%
Less than 21 days before departure: 50%
Less than 14 days before departure: 75%
Less than 7 days before departure: 100%

Gulf Wings Travel is not responsible for any damages arising from modifications or cancellations. Gulf Wings Travel holds the right to exercise absolute discretion regarding cancellations/refunds, even if passengers do not complete the entire pre-booked vacation.

Gulf Wings Travel collaborates with multiple suppliers, each having its own amendment/cancellation policies. Hence, amendments and cancellations are subject to supplier terms. Passengers are responsible for any extra costs resulting from amendments and cancellations.

Cancellation by Gulf Wings Travel: Passengers should always be covered by cancellation insurance, particularly in cases of force majeure. Force majeure includes war, war threats, riots, civil disturbances, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of God, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, water levels, technical or maintenance issues with transportation providers, airport closures, or any unforeseen and uncontrollable events beyond our management.

• All safaris are subject to availability at the time of booking, and while we will do our best to secure accommodation as per the program at times, we may be forced to give alternative
